Triger RD Psychological features of socialization of children with mental retardation.
The book presents the author´s approach to understanding the problems of socialization of children with mental retardation. For the first time results of studies of domestic and foreign authors on the problems of communication between children with mental retardation. Analysis of experimental data has allowed to show that the cause of significant problems of socialization and identity formation of preschool and primary school children are violations of family relations, especially relations in system "mother-child". The publication discusses the conditions which both favor the socialization of children with mental retardation, and, on the contrary, lead to school exclusion, combined with emotional disorders.
